Makes 16 dinner rolls

What you’ll need
All purpose flour
Sugar
salt
Rapid Rise instant yeast
Whole milk (Room temp)
Salted butter
Large eggs (Room temp)
Prepare dry ingredients
Step 1- Add 3 1/2 Cups All Purpose flour, 1/4 Cup Sugar, 1/4 Teaspoon salt, and 1 Tablespoon of rapid rise instant yeast into a large bowl. Stir all ingredients together.
Prepare wet ingredients
***Preheat fire to medium low heat***
Step 2- Add 1 Cup whole milk and 1 stick salted butter into a small pot. Let butter melt. Once butter melts turn your fire off and let mixture cool until warm.
Step 3- Add 2 large eggs at (Room temp). Stir all ingredients together.
Making the dough
***You will need a stand mixer (Dough hook attachment) for this recipe. If not you can make it by hand!
Step 4- Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Mix on low speed for 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture forms into a dough!
Once formed into a dough, it should not stick to your hands. If dough does stick to your hands add 1/4 cup of flour and mix on low speed for 3 to 4 minutes.
Shaping and cutting dough
Step 5-Lightly sprinkle flour onto the surface of your table. Add dough on top of table. Knead 10 times. Let dough rest for 10 minutes.
Step 6- Shape dough into a ball. Cut ball in half. You will have 2 halves. Each half you will get 8 pieces of dough.
Step 7- Take 1st half of dough and cut into 8 quarter pieces. To do this you will cut the dough in half again then. You will have 2 medium sized pieces of dough. Cut the 2 medium pieces of dough into quarter pieces.
Step 8-Take 2nd half of dough and cut into 8 quarter pieces. To do this you will cut the dough in half again then. You will have 2 medium sized pieces of dough. Cut the 2 medium pieces of dough into quarter pieces.
***Once you finish Steps 6-8, you should have 16 pieces of dough total.***
Step 9- Roll all 16 pieces of dough into a ball. To do this you will take the bottom of the dough stretch it toward the bottom. Basically, tuck it underneath the bottom of the dough.
Step 10- Spread butter around the bottom and sides of your baking dish.
Step 11- Add all 16 pieces of shaped dough into the pan. Line them up in 3 rows. Line 2 rows with 5 pieces of dough and line 6 pieces of dough on the middle row.
Step 12- Cover with towel and let sit for 45 minutes. You can also warm your oven just a bit then add the rolls and let it sit.
Preheat oven to 365 degrees
Step 13- Place rolls into a preheated 365-degree oven. Let bake for 20 minutes.
Step 14- Once done remove rolls out of oven. Brush each roll with melted butter.
Optional- If you have a flavor injector, add butter into it and inject each roll with butter.
Serve warm and enjoy!
