Before we begin remember you must have the Louisiana hot sausage patties by Patton’s otherwise you will not be able to make this recipe!

Step 2- Rinse off tomato with cold water and cut 4 thin slices off of tomato.

Step 3- Cut 5 Hot sausage patties in half. You will have a bigger portion and a smaller portion. Take 4 of the smaller portions and combined them into 2 separate hot sausage patties. You should have 8 hot sausage Patti halves altogether.

***Preheat fire to medium high heat***

Step 4- Add Hot sausage into pan. Let fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Once 3 to 4 minutes is up flip hot sausage patties on to opposite side and let fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Once done, remove hot sausage patties and place on to serving dish lined with napkins.

Optional- You can add a slice of American cheese on top of each hot sausage Patti if you like.

***If you want to fry your French fries follow step 5 then add French fries into hot oil and let fry for 4 to 5 minutes or until the fries are a slight golden-brown color. ***

***Baking your French fries and French bread***

Step 5- Add one quarter pound of the French fries into large bowl. Sprinkle with salt and toss fries with your hands.
