Makes 1 to 2 sandwiches

What you’ll need
17 ounce package of Premium thin sliced Chicken breasts
For the batter
All purpose flour
Eggs
Vegetable oil or canola
Seasoning
Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Poultry Magic
THE HONEY BBQ SAUCE (To Dip your chicken in after frying)
12-ounce bottle of Honey Barbeque Sauce
1 tablespoon of honey
TO DRESS YOUR SANDWICH
Hamburger Buns
Salted Butter
Fresh Romaine Lettuce (Cleaned)
Fresh Tomato (Sliced)
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Barbeque sauce
PREP ALL INGREDIENTS
WASH HANDS BEFORE PREPING ANY INGREDIENTS OR AND WEAR GLOVES IF YOU WANT.
Step 1- Clean Romaine lettuce and chop tomatoes into 2/16ths of an inch thick.
Step 2- Remove Chicken from package and place in a strainer. Rinse with cold water.
Step 3 Take chicken strips and place on chopping board. Cut to the length of the hamburger bun and place in a bowl.
Step 4 Add 1/2 teaspoon Tony Chachere’s creole seasoning and 1/2 teaspoon of chef Paul Prudhomme’s poultry magic onto both sides on chicken breasts. Rub seasonings onto chicken breasts.
Step 5 Cover bowl and place into fridge for about 1 hour.
Step 6 After 1 hour remove bowl from fridge and set aside.
Step 7. In a medium sized bowl add 2 large eggs. Add 1 teaspoon of Tony Chachere’s creole seasoning and mix.
Step 8. In a separate bowl Add 2 cups of All-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning. Stir all ingredients together.
Preheat fire to medium high heat
Step 9 Add 3 cups vegetable or canola oil to pot. Let get hot for 8 minutes.
PREPARE CHICKEN FOR FRYING
Step 10 Take chicken breasts and place into egg mixture. Make sure egg mixture is fully coated onto the chicken
Step 11 Place Chicken into flour mixture. Cover bowl and shake to coat the chicken with flour.
Step 12 Place chicken into Oil and let chicken fry for about 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 13 Remove Chicken from oil and place onto a plate lined with lots of paper towels. Set aside
PREPARE HONEY BARBECUE SAUCE
Step 14 in a medium size pot Preheat fire to medium high heat. Add 12oz bottle of Honey Barbeque sauce and 1 tablespoon of honey and mix. Let mixture simmer for 1 minute.
Step 15 Take Chicken breast and dip it into the pot of Barbeque sauce. Make sure that the chicken is fully coated into the barbeque sauce.
Step 16 Preheat Oven to 400-degrees
Step 17 Place chicken into a small pan lined with aluminum foil and add into the BROILER part of your oven and let sit for 1 minute.
Take chicken out of oven and flip to the other side and place it BACK into the BROILER part of your oven and let it sit for 1 minute.
TOAST HAMBURGER BUNS
Step 18 In a medium sized skillet Preheat fire to medium high heat. Add 1 teaspoon of butter. Smear butter around pan to coat entire bottom of pan with butter.
Step 19 Add the first half of the hamburger bun into pan. Let sit for about 1 to 2 minutes. NOTE: Press down lightly with a spatula to make sure the bun is toasted all around the bottom surface.
Step 20 After 1 or 2 minutes remove bun from pan and turn your fire on your pan all the way down.
Step 21 Add 1 teaspoon of butter. Smear butter around pan to coat entire bottom of pan with butter.
Step 22 Add the second half of the hamburger bun into pan. Let sit for about 1 minute. NOTE: The second Hamburger bun will take less time to toast. Press down lightly with a spatula to make sure the bun is toasted all around the bottom surface.
Step 23 After 1 minute remove Hamburger bun from pan.
ASSEMBLE YOUR CHICKEN SANDWICH
Step 24 Add the bottom of your hamburger bun to the top of your serving plate.
Step 25 Add your chicken breast on top of that
Step 26 Add Romaine Lettuce and Sliced Tomatoes on top.
Step 27 Add Mayonnaise and Barbecue Sauce to the bottom part of the top portion of your hamburger bun.
Step 28 Place top portion of hamburger bun onto the rest of the sandwich
Serve with French fries and enjoy!
