What you’ll need
Bread Flour or All-Purpose flour
Rapid Rise Instant yeast or Active dry yeast
Sugar
Salt
Olive oil

Stand mixer (Fitted with dough hook attachment)

Preparation of bread
Note- If you are using the active dry yeast go to steps 1A, 2A and 3A located at the bottom of this recipe.
Step 1- Add 3 1/2 cups Bread flour or All purpose flour, 1 tablespoon Instant yeast, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt into stand mixer bowl. Stir with spoon until combined.
Step 2- Add 1 1/2 cups Warm water (Temp 100 to 110 degrees F) and 1/4 cup olive oil. Mix on a medium low speed for 2 to 3 minutes or until dough no longer sticks to your hand.
Step 3- Lightly flour surface of your table. Add dough on top of your table and knead 15 to 20 times. Form dough into a ball. Let dough rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 4- Form dough into a medium rectangular sized loaf.
Step 5- Add 1 teaspoon olive oil into loaf pan. Spread around the bottom and sides of loaf pan. Add dough into loaf pan. Make dough narrow in pan. Cover with towel and let rest in a warm spot for 1 hour.
Baking your bread
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Step 6-Place into a preheated 425 degree oven on middle rack for 25 to 30 minutes.
Step 7- Remove bread out of oven. Add 1 tablespoon melted salted butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil into a small bowl. Stir until combined. Brush olive oil and butter mixture on top of bread. Transfer bread onto a cooling rack. Let cool for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
Note- Do not proceed to the steps (1A, 2A and 3A) below as it is for the anyone using the active dry yeast only.
Instructions If you are using the active dry yeast.

Step 2A- Add 1 1/2 cups Warm water (Temp 100 to 110 degrees F), 1 tablespoon active dry yeast and 2 teaspoons sugar in a small bowl. Stir until combined. Cover and let sit in a warm spot for 10 to 12 minutes.
Step 3A- Add yeast mixture and 1/4 cup olive oil. Mix on a medium low speed for 2 to 3 minutes or until dough no longer sticks to your hand. That completes instructions if you are using the active dry yeast. Proceed to step 3 in the original recipe above.
