Step 1- Add 3 1/4 cups bread flour, 2 teaspoons Instant yeast, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt into stand mixer bowl. Stir until combined.

Step 2- Add 1 1/3 cups warm water (115 to 120 degrees F), 2 tablespoons melted salted butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil into stand mixer bowl fitted with dough hook attachment. Mix on a medium low speed for 5 minutes.

Step 3- Lightly flour surface of table and add dough on top of table. Knead for 2 minutes then for the dough into a ball. Let dough rest for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 4- Press dough down with your hands. Form dough into a ball and cut the dough in half. Take each half of dough and form into a ball and cut into quarter pieces. You should have 8 pieces of dough altogether and each piece of dough should weigh 3.9 to 4.0 ounces.

Step 5- Lightly butter 11 x 17 inch baking pan. Form each piece of dough into a ball and place on to baking pan. Press each ball of dough down with your hands.

Baking the hamburger buns and toasting the sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 7- Add 3 tablespoons sesame seeds into an 8 x 8-inch baking pan. Place into a preheated 400-degree oven for 2 to 3 minutes. Don’t leave the sesame seeds in the oven for too long. They will burn quick.

Step 8- Add Hamburger buns into a preheated 400 degree oven on the middle rack and bake for 20 minutes.

Step 9- Remove hamburger buns from oven. Brush 2 tablespoons salted butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil evenly onto hamburger buns using a pastry brush. Sprinkle toasted Sesame seeds on to each individual hamburger bun. Let cool before serving.
