Making the Syrup

Preheat fire to medium heat.
Step 1- Add 1/3 cup light corn syrup, 1/3 cup water, 1 tablespoon molasses, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon salt into a medium-sized pot. Stir all ingredients together. Let simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 2- Turn fire off and add 1 tablespoon salted or unsalted butter, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/4 teaspoon butter extract. Stir until butter has melted. Let cool for 30 minutes to 1 hour. From there add syrup into a squeeze bottle and it can be stored at room temperature.
French toast egg and milk batter
Note- This can be made 1 to 2 days in advance.
Step 3- Add 1/2 cup whole milk (Room temp), 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (Room temp), 2 large eggs (Room temp), 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon butter extract, 1/2 teaspoon cake batter extract (Optional), 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon salt into a medium-sized bowl. Stir with whisk until well combined and set aside.
Baking the bacon and sausages
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Notes- You can add as many breakfast sausage links and slices of bacon depending on the amount of people you are serving. You can line the 11 by 17 inch baking pan with parchment paper to prevent the bacon and sausages from sticking to the pan. You can also prepare the sunny side up eggs, the syrup, or dip and fry the French toast while the bacon and sausages are in the oven to save time.
Step 4- Add bacon slices and sausage links into an 11 by 17-inch baking pan. Place into a preheated 350-degree oven for 25 minutes. Once done remove from oven and let cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
Making the sunny side up eggs
Preheat fire to medium-low heat.
Step 5- Lightly spread salted or unsalted butter into a cast iron skillet. Carefully add 2 large eggs (Room temp) into the skillet. Lightly sprinkle salt and black pepper on top of the eggs (About 1/8 teaspoon will do) and let fry for 7 minutes. Once done, turn fire off and add eggs onto serving plate. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Frying the French Toast
Preheat fire to medium heat.
Step 6- Lightly spread salted or unsalted butter into a cast iron skillet. Dip Bread slices into the French toast Egg and milk batter. Let soak for 3 to 4 seconds on each side. Careful not to let the bread slices soak for too long or the bread will become soggy. Place each slice of bread onto a flat serving plate and lightly sprinkle cinnamon on one side of the slice of bread.
Step 7- Add bread slices into hot cast iron skillet. Let sear for 2 minutes on each side. Once done, turn fire off and place French toast slices onto a serving dish and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Pour homemade syrup and salted butter on top of French toast and add bacon slices, sunny side up eggs and sausage links on the side to serve.
