Preparing the Pumpkin pie batter
Step 1- Add 1 can 15 ounces 100% pure pumpkin into a large bowl. Add 2 large eggs (Room temp) Mix on a medium high speed until combined. Scrape down sides of bowl.

Step 2- Add 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter. Mix on a medium high speed until combined. Scrape down sides of bowl.

Step 3- Add 1 1/2 cups Evaporated milk (Room temp) Stir with spoon until combined.

Step 4- Add 1 1/3 cups Sugar. Stir with spoon until combined.

Caution- Be careful adding the spices. Add too much than the recommended amount of spices will overpower all of the ingredients in your pie.

Step 5- Add 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/8 teaspoon all spice, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, and (Optional) 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour. Stir all ingredients with mixer or whisk until combined.

Baking your Pumpkin pie.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 6- Add your prepared Pumpkin pie batter into pie pan fitted with frozen pie shell. Shake the pan slightly to make batter even.

Step 7- Place into a preheated 350-degree oven for 1 hour. Once done remove pie out of oven. Tap the sides of pan. If the filling slightly jiggles in the center or if the filling doesn’t jiggle at all, the pie is done. Let pie cool completely before serving.

For Best results- Serve pie the very next day. The flavors will settle and increase overnight.

Storage- Place pie in fridge. Will last 5 to 7 days in fridge. Enjoy!
