What you’ll need
2 Pound of Louisiana Shrimp
17oz’s of Medium or large sized tortillas
Unsalted butter
Romaine lettuce
1 to 2 Tomatoes
Mayonnaise
Sour Cream
Vinegar
Worcestershire sauce
Seasonings
Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
Chef Paul’s Seafood magic
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Paprika
Cayenne pepper

Salad Spinner (Optional)
Preparation of ingredients
Step 1- Remove shrimp heads and shells and place into a bowl. Do this to all 2 pounds of shrimp.
Step 2- Devein the Shrimp tails and place into a strainer and rinse with cold water. Place in fridge until ready to cook.
Step 3- Remove stems to 3 whole leaf’s of Romaine lettuce. Bunch leaves together and chop. Place into a strainer and rinse thoroughly with cold water.
Step 4- Place lettuce into salad spinner and remove water from lettuce.
Step 5- Chop 1 Tomato into small bite sized pieces.
Making the Sauce
Step 6- Add 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise, 1/8 Cup Sour Cream, 1/8 Cup Vinegar, 1/8 Cup Worecestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon Tony Chachere’s creole seasoning, 2 teaspoons Onion powder, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 heaping teaspoon paprika and 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper into a small bowl. Stir all ingredients together until mixture is creamy and smooth.
Sauting the shrimp
***Preheat fire to medium high heat***
Step 7- Add 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter into a large pan. Spread butter along bottom of pan. Let butter melt.
Step 8- Add 1 teaspoon chef paul’s seafood magic and stir seasoning into butter.
Step 9- Add Shrimp. Let saute on 1 minute on each side. Turn fire off and remove shrimp from pan. Place on to serving dish.
Searing the Tortillas
***Preheat fire to medium high heat***
Step 10- Add Tortilla into large pan. Let sear for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside. Do this for all 6 Tortillas.
Assembling the Shrimp Wraps
Step 11- Add Shrimp on to the front portion of the Tortilla. Each Tortilla should have only 6 Shrimp.
Step 12- Add a small amount of Romaine lettuce on top of the shrimp. Careful not to add to much. You won’t be able to fold your Shrimp wrap.
Step 13- Add small amount of diced tomatoes on top of the Romaine lettuce. Careful not to add to much. You won’t be able to fold your Shrimp wrap.
Step 14- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of the special sauce on top of the diced tomatoes.
Step 15- Wrap by folding both ends of the tortilla over the top of the shrimp,lettuce, tomato and sauce. Take back of the folded wrap and fold it over going towards you. Press down slightly on ends to keep it together.
Serve hot or cold. Enjoy!
