For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Charlie. I’m an at home cook and baker from New Orleans Louisiana. I was born and raised in New Orleans. I began learning how to cook and bake at an early age by watching my grandmother, aunt and uncle. I also learned how to cook and bake by experimenting with different things in the kitchen, and by working in some restaurants. In my personal life all I can tell you is that I’m a cool person with a great personality. I enjoy cooking and baking just like I do on my Youtube channel.

I started my YouTube channel in 2013. I decided to start the channel over a period of several years few of my friends suggested that I should do some videos. I was skeptical at first but eventually, I decided to give the channel a try just as an experiment and went from there. My subscribers and supporters play a huge role in the success of my YouTube channel, Facebook, Instagram, and this website. I never thought in a million years I would still be doing cooking and baking demonstrations to this present day. My channel is mainly about New Orleans food. I also do product reviews and occasional holiday videos. With me being from New Orleans, it seemed only fitting to release a lot of New Orleans recipes. There’re not many channels out there that are native to their hometown area like how mine is. I enjoy representing my hometown’s food and culture and will continue to do so into the foreseeable future.
